Week 1 — The Why & The Framework
Establish the "Shutter-to-Server" philosophy by dissecting the hidden costs of SaaS and the legal necessity of the Golden Thread. We map out your current IT landscape to identify the dormant SharePoint and Salesforce power you already possess.
Week 2 — Image Quality & Capture
Master the Sony/Planix forensic standard to ensure every pixel is a legally admissible asset rather than just a "pretty picture." We focus on high-fidelity capture protocols that meet the requirements of Regulation 38 and Martyn’s Law for lifetime building records.
Week 3 — WHERE: Spatial Context
Transition from flat images to 3D spatial environments by hosting your own Asset Bundles directly within your corporate SharePoint. Learn to anchor visual data to physical locations without ever letting your Intellectual Property leave your own secure firewall.
Week 4 — WHEN: Temporal Knowledge
Develop a version-control strategy that tracks the lifecycle of a building through "time-stamped" forensic scans. Use your internal document libraries to create an unbreakable audit trail that proves compliance and conditions at any specific point in history.
Session 5 — WHAT: Metadata & Findability

The "Smart Scan" methodology taught in this bootcamp focuses on DeepScan™ data density. By mastering metadata-rich capture (COBie-aligned), we can create a "Visual Intranet" where a technician can instantly locate a specific valve in a 5,000-image dataset from their desk. and link to our existing SharePoint repository. This will significantly reduce "blind" site visits and abortive maintenance calls, offering a clear path to ROI through saved man-hours.
