A six-week guided programme that shows professionals how to transform everyday photographs and videos into a structured, searchable knowledge resource.
Most organisations capture thousands of images every year.
Very few know how to use them effectively.
Next Cohort May 2026

Learn how to answer the Four critical questions every useful image should provide:
Where was it taken?
When was it taken?
What does it show?
Why is that Important
Using the RICHPiX+ system, you will discover how imagery can support inspections, asset management, compliance, and communication — without complex technology or specialist skills.
For those responsible for assets, infrastructure, compliance, safety, and organisational knowledge.
Not photography training.
A practical capability for modern organisations.

The RICHPiX+ workflow is the structural engineering of your organisation's memory. It’s the process of ensuring that what you know about your buildings, your assets, and your compliance is stored in your vault, guarded by your security, and accessible on your terms.

RICHPix introduces a structured approach to turning imagery into usable organisational knowledge. We take you from Shutter to Server
The programme is built around four practical frameworks:
The RICHPix Pyramid™ — What matters most
The RICHPix Method™ — How to implement it
The RICHPix Audit™ — Where are you now
The RICHPix Roadmap™ — How to move forward
Together, these provide a repeatable system for managing imagery across real-world environments.

The programme is designed for professionals responsible for assets, infrastructure, compliance, risk, or organisational knowledge.
Typical participants include:
Facilities and Asset Managers
Construction and Engineering Professionals
Compliance and Safety Leaders
Digital and Information Managers
Operations Leaders
Particularly ANYONE involved in ;
PFI Handover's
Martyn's Law Compliance
The Golden Thread
Inspection and insurance
And, of course, anyone thinking of deploying or using Digital Twins
If imagery plays any role at all in your work but is not being used to its full potential, this programme is for you.

By the end of the programme, you will have a practical framework for turning imagery into reliable organisational knowledge. From Shuiter to Server
You will learn how to:
Improve the findability of images
Create structured visual records of environments
Document changes over time
Support inspections and compliance
Communicate complex situations clearly
Participants leave with tools, methods, and confidence to introduce improvements within their organisations.

Establish the "Shutter-to-Server" philosophy by dissecting the hidden costs of SaaS and the legal necessity of the Golden Thread. We map out your current IT landscape to identify the dormant SharePoint and Salesforce power you already possess.
Master the Sony/Planix forensic standard to ensure every pixel is a legally admissible asset rather than just a "pretty picture." We focus on high-fidelity capture protocols that meet the requirements of Regulation 38 and Martyn’s Law for lifetime building records.
Transition from flat images to 3D spatial environments by hosting your own Asset Bundles directly within your corporate SharePoint. Learn to anchor visual data to physical locations without ever letting your Intellectual Property leave your own secure firewall.
Develop a version-control strategy that tracks the lifecycle of a building through "time-stamped" forensic scans. Use your internal document libraries to create an unbreakable audit trail that proves compliance and conditions at any specific point in history.
Harness the "Deep Scan" to harvest asset tags and metadata, linking physical objects to their digital twins in your existing Asset Register. We focus on making your data searchable and "Findable" using the indexing tools already built into your Microsoft 365 environment.
Finalise the integration by "Windowing" your Sovereign data into Salesforce to drive daily maintenance and operational efficiency. We conclude with a rollout strategy that proves to the board how you’ve eliminated "Subscription Ransom" by sweating your existing IT assets.

Designed for busy professionals, the programme balances structure with flexibility.

Dear Manager's Name
I am writing to request approval to attend the RICHPIX™ Spatial Imagery Masterclass. This is a £3,000 investment in a specialised 6-week intensive program designed to bridge a critical knowledge gap in our estate and asset management workflows.
While the price point is higher than standard photography courses, this is not a photography class. It is a technical integration program that addresses three specific risks our organisation currently faces:
With the upcoming requirements under Martyn’s Law, our current 2D floor plans are no longer sufficient for tactical preparedness. This course teaches the "Tactical Twin" methodology, allowing us to build digital rehearsal spaces for emergency responders. It ensures our visual records meet the "Golden Thread" standards set out in the Building Safety Act, providing evidentiary-grade detail that stands up to legal scrutiny.
We are currently at risk of "knowledge drain." When our senior engineers retire, or when PFI contracts transition, we lose decades of undocumented "tribal knowledge." This training covers the Tacit Twin workflow—tagging 360° captures with audio and video notes from staff—ensuring that critical maintenance "know-how" stays within the organisation rather than walking out the door.
The "Smart Scan" methodology taught in this bootcamp focuses on DeepScan™ data density. By mastering metadata-rich capture (COBie-aligned), we can create a "Visual Intranet" where a technician can instantly locate a specific valve in a 5,000-image dataset from their desk. and link to our existing SharePoint repository. This will significantly reduce "blind" site visits and abortive maintenance calls, offering a clear path to ROI through saved man-hours.
By moving from simple photography to Asset Intelligence, we shift from reactive to proactive. I believe this training is a vital step in future-proofing our estates and ensuring our compliance in an increasingly regulated landscape.
I have attached the full syllabus for your review and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can implement these workflows immediately upon my return.
