It demands millimetre-accurate artefact digitisation, continuous indoor/outdoor spatial navigation, radiance-field rendering via Gaussian Splatting, robust digital asset management (DAM), and operational layers that serve public accessibility, facilities management, and emergency response.
This eight-hour workshop walks through the entire architecture: capturing complex galleries and immovable outdoor monuments, training 3D Gaussian Splats from 360 and drone paths, integrating interactive exhibits, and deploying accessible, enterprise-grade virtual environments using open standards.
